智驱未来 · 聚焦实战转型

为深入落实“十五五”规划中有关海洋强国建设和高质量发展的战略部署，推动海洋科技创新与产业深度融合，激发青年群体投身海洋经济与科技前沿的创新实践，并依托联合国“海洋十年”行动和BBNJ协定实施契机，促进青年参与海洋科学传播与公众教育，拟于2026年6月6日至7日在厦门召开“2026年蓝色浪潮大会”。

大会将紧扣“海洋十年”重大挑战、青年创新创业及国际海洋治理等主题，搭建青年科学家、企业家与政策制定者跨学科对话与合作平台，精准回应“海洋十年”挑战，推动“科学—政策—行动”高效闭环，致力于形成一批可落地的方案和创新项目储备，培育具有全球视野的海洋青年领军人才与骨干力量，为我国深度参与全球科技竞争和海洋治理、贡献中国智慧和青年力量夯实基础。

To support the strategic goals of building a maritime power and advancing high-quality development under China’s 15th Five-Year Plan, the 2026 Blue Wave Conference will be held in Xiamen from June 6-7, 2026. The conference aims to accelerate the integration of marine science, technology, and industry, while inspiring young people to engage in marine innovation and the ocean economy. Leveraging the momentum of the UN Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development and the implementation of the BBNJ Agreement, the conference will also promote youth participation in ocean science communication and public engagement.

Focusing on key themes, including Ocean Decade challenges, youth innovation and entrepreneurship, and international ocean governance, the conference will provide an interdisciplinary platform for young scientists, entrepreneurs, and policymakers. It seeks to strengthen the “science–policy–action” interface, generate actionable solutions and project pipelines, and cultivate globally minded young leaders in the marine sector, contributing to China’s role in global ocean governance and scientific advancement.
